USSSA age determination date for FALL 2024/SPRING 2025 is MAY 1, 2025

Determine your child’s age as of May 1. This is the league age for baseball that should be used to determine what age division to play in.

• The league age determines what division a player is eligible to register in.

  • Example – If the league age of a player is 11 on May 1st, then the player is eligible to register in 11/12U.

• Players are allowed to play up one full league year without the need for league approval. The player has to be within our league age to be eligible to play one year up.

  • Exception to this rule: Entire teams wishing to play up together must understand that they cannot drop back down intact the following season without their players being dispersed throughout the league.

• Players wishing to play up should register for the division in which they feel most suited.

• Players cannot play down in a younger division for any reason, no exceptions.
